My name is Bríana Walsh and I am based in Limerick, Ireland. I set up this service in 2015 to provide a range of writing and editorial services for online and print publication. My background is in writing with a BA (first class honours) specialising in English and History and an MA (research) from Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. I am a qualified and experienced researcher and editor with creative writing qualifications from Kilroys College and Limerick School of Art & Design. I spent three years working as an in-house assistant editor, freelance writer, and proofreader for the Best of Ireland series of travel guides. I am an intermediate-level member of the SfEP and have undertaken three proofreading courses and one copy-editing course with them. Recently I dipped my toe into the world of indexing with an introductory course with the Society of Indexers.
When I am not writing or studying I like to cook, bake, and watch too much TV. Outside of work I love to work out be it yoga, hiking, or roller skating. I live with my six cats, Meela, Frederick, Bram, Colonel Mustard, Miss Jones, Ralphie, and my long-suffering husband who designed this website for me.
